Assface's Workout Entry #1 (Update)

Forgot to update the doc, thought i'd do it in one go.

Monday - 12/20
3 x 7 pullups
3x15 pushup with 60 seconds rest in between

just getting ready for something other than not sitting on my ass (or face, depends how you like to think about it) all day and night

Tuesday - 12/21
5x5 deadlift (bar+35+25,+10,+0,+0,+5 lbs)
3x7 romanian (bar 35+25) hamstrings so tight....
5x7 pullups (bw)  not sure how to work the weight belt (i think it's weight belt) will have to use dumbbells...
One arm cable rows 3x7 (55 lbs, i think)  feels like too much biceps
Seated rows 3x10 (90 lbs)
back extensions 3x15 (no weight) 
inclined bench press (forgot weight)
some more random sets of pullups while waiting for others to finish
stretched

the bar felt like it was less than 45 lbs, i should try to remember to find out how much it weighs.
Today was more about getting back to lifting so that I wouldn't die from soreness.

Wednesday - 12/22
Hill Sprints x4 (walked downhill)
Jogging uphill and downhill, not too fat of a slope
planks 1.5 min x2, 2 minute
side crunch on fitness ball lost count b/c I was watching Sherlock Holmes
